FOMO is a new word in our dictionary. But, what does it mean? FOMO stands for “fear of missing out,” a compulsive concern that one might miss something, like an opportunity or satisfying event, which is often aroused by our close relationships with social media websites.

Imagine yourself alone in the wild city, going through a well-deserved digital detox, but you hunger for new social interactions. How can you find the way to the next event planned in your calendar?

The FOMO Survival Kit offers you an urban survival kit that takes you to all the events you intend to go. The kit was developed by Lara Defayes at ECAL. It aims to emphasise and make people more aware of this intense, sometimes addicting, relationship that our social life maintains with our social medias.

Case study this way.
